It was then wrapped up in a gorgeous filo pastry – which I have never used before!

We served it with a greek-style salad of sliced red onion, tomato, feta cheese and tzatziki – which was a nice combo!

Last night, I cooked Julia and lovely spicey beef with noodle stir-fry. I got the recipe from a Jamie Oliver iPhone application (slightly tweaked, as he used eggy rice).

It was delicious!

I made a very severe mistake though; when working with the fresh chillis, I cut and onion afterwards – which made my eyes water. I rinsed my hands under the tap, then wiped my eyes. Error! My eyes starting burning from the chilli essence on my hands! Yikes – my hands were burning even before I went to bed later in the night!

Julia and I both enjoyed it and will make it again some time!
